SALAM polyclinic is open 24 hours. You will be attended by our Resident Medical Officer.
In the case of emergency, we have a treatment room at the Accident and Emergency Unit to cater patients for immediate attention and procedures to be done to secure and stabilize them. Our Specialist Consultant shall be contacted for further assistance depending on the situation of the cases.
We have 3 resident Medical Officers to cater for the 24 hours services. In their absence, qualified locum Medical Officer shall replace them in ensuring a smooth and seamless operation of our Accident & Emergency Unit. Our objective is to provide fast, immediate and effective care to all emergency cases being referred to us.
Our polyclinic consist of these areas:
A comfortable and open concept with glass wall to offer spacious effect to whole environment and also as visual access to outdoor happenings.
An addition to the main one located at the Specialist Billing Area. This is to promote comfort and convenience to our Polyclinic patients.

Sit besides the children play area is the Consultant's room for our Paediatric Consultant. While waiting to be seen by our Consultant, your little ones will be able to accupy their time enjoying the game provided.
One of the 2 elevators available at SALAM is located at the lobby of our polyclinic. This elevator will give you covenience acces to all the availabe floors.
